Design tip:
Suspended higher, CONA LED works well as general lighting in open-plan interiors or as task lighting above tables, reception counters or kitchen islands. The E27 version serves as a distinctive decorative accent.

LED vs E27

CONA LED is all about performance and comfort. A deeply recessed module, optical glass lens, and – in the 26 cm version – an additional outer shade significantly reduce glare and ensure even light distribution. Ideal for working, meeting or simply spending time in well-lit interiors where both mood and functionality matter.

CONA E27, on the other hand, is for those who want to create atmosphere. It provides a warm glow, soft lighting character, and the convenience of easily replacing the light source without modifying the installation. A smart choice for relaxation zones or interiors with light-absorbing materials like wood, fabrics or matte finishes.

If your project requires multiple lighting scenes, consider using both versions – LED where visual tasks are expected (like board games or working), and E27 where atmosphere takes priority. The consistent form ensures the overall composition remains cohesive while the lighting functions are clearly defined.

Comfort that can be felt and seen

The LED version not only looks good, but also performs with high efficiency and excellent visual comfort. Available in three colour temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K) and several control options – including DALI and wireless AQsmart – CONA LED is well suited to smart lighting systems, also in commercial or office spaces. Choosing a dimmable version is especially beneficial above tables used at different times of day and for various purposes. A candlelit dinner calls for a different setting than a Sunday lunch or working session on a cloudy afternoon.

The 75 cm version of CONA – both LED and E27 – is available in all six AQForm standard colours, from classic tones to warmer, more decorative finishes. In a larger scale, colour choices have an even stronger impact on the space. The smaller sizes – 52 cm and 26 cm – are also offered in brutal, a raw aluminium finish.
