The vacation season is just around the corner, because of this it's worthwhile to plan your orders ahead of time. In order to ensure efficient fulfilment and timely luminaire delivery during the vacation season we prepared the order processing and fulfilment schedule summer 2026.
All AQForm lumnaires are produced in our local factory near Kraków where a team of specialists ensures the highest level of quality at every step of production. Therefore, in order to ensure their efficient delivery during the summer break season we prepared a detailed fulfilment sechedule for summer 2026. We encourage you do plan your orders early.
Schedule of receiving orders before the summer break
- 19.06.2026 - the last day of accepting orders for system luminaires and special versions with fulfilment before the summer break
(planned date of shipment: 17.07.2026) - 26.06.2026 - the last day of accepting orders for luminaires from the standard offer with fulfilment before the summer break
(planned date of shipment: 17.07.2026) - 09.07.2026 (verification to 00:00) - the last day of accepting orders for products from the QS offer with fulfilment before the summer break
(planned date of shipment: 17.07.2026; does not apply to products available in the warehouse) - 16.07.2026 until 12:00 - the last day of accepting orders for products available in the warehouse with fulfilment before the summer break

Summer break
During the 20-31.07.2026 period no shipments will be carried out. This also applies to luminaires from the QS offer and products available in the warehouse.
Resumption of order fulfilment after summer break
- orders for system luminaires and special versions placed from 19.06.2026 will be sent on 04.08.2026
- orders for luminaires from the standard offer placed from 30.06.2026 will be sent on 04.08.2026
- orders from the QS offer placed from 10.07.2026 will be sent on 04.08.2026 (applies to luminaires that are not in the warehouse)
04.08.2026 is the first shipping day after the summer break. Applies to all types of orders.
