AQForm’s autumn agenda 2025

An active autumn is ahead: meetings at key industry events, two webinars focused on design practice, and on-site trainings across different regions. On location we’ll showcase both our latest collections and proven solutions — from track systems and layered lighting layouts to details that influence visual comfort and material perception. Below you’ll find the full schedule.

Meet us at Architect@Work!

Architect@Work is an event designed for professionals: a curated selection of solutions for architecture and interiors, focused on quality and real design challenges. At the AQForm stand you’ll see how to combine luminaires into coherent, flexible lighting systems for different zones: entrances and circulation, workplaces, retail spaces, or hospitality areas. We’ll be presenting not only new products, but also well-established families and configurations that support clear zoning, glare control, and precision in highlighting details.

AQForm in Vienna and London

Vienna Design Week ()

Our presence at Vienna Design Week will be built around two main themes. First, at the AQForm stand we’ll present compact showcases of how lighting shapes both public and private spaces: zoning, working with textures, and ensuring everyday visual comfort. The second part is a workshop at the Polish Institute in Vienna, dedicated to conscious light design and visual well-being. The programme combines a short introduction with 1:1 exercises — from observing effects to drawing design conclusions.

LiGHT25 ()

In London we’ll join LiGHT25 at the Business Design Centre. This event brings together professionals involved in lighting specification: architects, interior designers and lighting designers. We’ll discuss solutions for offices, hotels, restaurants and public spaces, exploring consistency across entire buildings and the integration of control systems — from scene planning to day-to-day ergonomics.

Webinars

Two online meetings complement the autumn programme:

  • “Welcoming with light. Lighting hotels, restaurants and cafés”. How does light greet guests at the door, guide them between zones, and create atmosphere? We’ll cover parameter selection (including colour temperature, CRI, glare control), the role of layered light, and solutions proven in lobbies, dining areas and guest rooms.
    Register
  • “Why dim? A practical guide to lighting control systems for architects and electricians”. From basics to advanced solutions: simple dimming circuits, light scenes, through to DALI and AQsmart. We’ll show common mistakes, design schemes and how to plan controls in line with user requirements and architecture.
